We’re a remote team of Gen-Z professionals based across India. Different backgrounds and perspectives shape how we understand roles and people, while close collaboration keeps each search moving. We work together on sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination, from specialist roles to larger hiring needs.

We want technical hiring to feel clearer for everyone involved. Staying lean helps us remain responsive, adapt the process to each client, and scale our support without losing sight of the role or the candidate.
